[kwlug-disc] Easy screenshot software

I am looking for some screenshot software for Linux (in particular
Debian/Ubuntu). The best screenshot
software I know of for Windows is Greenshot: http://getgreenshot.org/

Things I like about Greenshot (and want in this software)
- Relatively lightweight. Pulling in all of KDE is not nice.
- Easy to use in terms of making a screenshot.
- Easy to annotate and blur out parts of the image.

XFCE has a reasonably nice tool to take screenshots, but it does not
have annotation functionality built in (as far as I know).

I can take a screenshot with some tool and then use Inkscape to
annotate it, but that is not lightweight or easy. 

Ideally this would be easily installed via Debian/Ubuntu repos. 

What software am I looking for?
