[kwlug-disc] OT: What are others using to block spambot signups on Drupal 7?

Wondering what others running Drupal 7 are using to block spambot sign-ups,
Mollum, Captchas? Since opening registrations again (requiring admin
approval) I've had about 20 spambot account sign-ups in less than 16
hours...
