Well said, nice link, and always timely. Without users, sysadmins wouldn't be sysadmins ... there'd be no sys' to admin.

Don't remember the page, so if you did send it to the group already, I'm guessing it was some time ago. So ... worth repeating every so often. sysadmin day seems apt.
