Say you are planning a big event like a wedding or a fundraiser. You
want to have the following: 

- A GUI table layout
- Labels for the parties that are to be seated at each table
- Some additional information for each party (such as dietary
  restrictions, special requests)
- The ability to move people between tables easily
- The ability to shift tables around easily

What FLOSS solution will do this?

What is the right search phrase to use in a search engine for this?

At this point I have tried: 
- point of sale systems
- wedding planning software
- seat chart software

without hitting anything that looks too promising.
