Interesting.
So it is vulnerable, but ONLY if the attacker can observe successful access. And if they can do so / so access, then one is vulnerable in many other more damaging ways than by any deficiency within TrueCrypt itself.
But if you lose your TrueCrypt'ed laptop, the 3rd party, she ain't gettin' in.
And doesn't mean that just because you're using TrueCrypt you don't have to be vigilant in all other ways - such as making sure there are no key loggers present.
