[kwlug-disc] Data transfer speeds SATA to SATA

USB transfer is around 20MB/seconds. So, 83MB/s is much better.

For one project I tried an SSD, and it did not offer any improved
performance over spinning platters.

The bottleneck seemed to be the SATA interface itself, not doing reads
and writes in parallel.
