Content creators should know, and probably already do, that any for
profit use of such, including for marketing purposes, need signed
releases by all pictured before such material can be used.
No doubt sites like YouTube include user agreements before material can
be posted that submitters have acquired any releases needed (and hold /
indemnify the site on any issues).
Anyone know what sites like YouTube say about things like releases?
