You can make your e-mail perfectly receivable, but that doesn't mean
that the recipient (or the recipient's mail provider) will actually
receive it.

The worst are the mail servers that silently discard messages without
informing either the sender or the recipient. Not only does neither
side know that the message wasn't received (or that it even exists),
it also explicitly breaks RFC specifications.
