I'm pretty sure this is possible as the certs are just normal SSL
certificates. The only issue is you will have to have an HTTP server
running and be able to write some files in the .well-known directory.

I was able to get a cert for both of GTALUG's domains (gtalug.org &
gtalug.info) as while as a bunch of the subdomains (www, survey, social,
piwk).
