[kwlug-disc] How relevant/useful is LinkedIn, e.g. kwlug, K-W, Linux, FOSS, news, groups, ???

When I first started on LinkedIn, someone gave me some advice: LinkedIn is
not FaceBook. Don't let your profile get filled up with senseless
chatter. Keep it professional. It's for finding a job, not sharing
pictures of your cat.
