I do not recall saying that we would have at most two more meetings at
SJK, and if that is what I said it is not what I meant. I do not know
how many more meetings we will host there. But the situation is
becoming more imminent, which should not be interpreted as being a
specific number of meetings before we need to find a new space.
What I did say is that if I became unavailable to host the space
then we might be able to get TWC staff to fill in for one or two
meetings at SJK. But I am not predicting when I will become unavailable.
Yes, the considerations section is the checklist. It is not split up
into Must Have/Nice to Have/Must Avoid sections. That could happen if
the list gets long enough or we have to evaluate tradeoffs between two
imperfect locations.
At this point the biggest help others could offer is to do what Chris
and Stuart are doing, which is finding possible places and
investigating whether they would be feasible homes for KWLUG in the
future. Coming up with some top-heavy rubric and a bunch of decision
criteria is less useful.
