[kwlug-disc] Programming BIOS question

I saw Doug Moen at the meeting on Monday and asked him. He said he was
not sure. A better place to ask would be the Kwartzlab discussion

Doug said that even if Kwartzlab does not have a SPEG programmer some
of the members might have one at home.
