[kwlug-disc] Hacktoberfest 2017

Github is running hacktoberfest again this year. And you can get a
t-shirt by signing up and opening a PullRequest on an open project.
(That means you can participate even if you are not a developer, but are
able to improve/write documentation.)

And as a maintainer you can tag issues with "Hacktoberfest" to get a
little extra attention for you project.
