No, those are normal, and not considered a failure unless they drop 
below their threshold values.


Of course, what *I* consider a HDD failure is far more strict than 
manufacturer standards, but the Seagate RAW Read and Seek Error values 
will always be non-zero.

The key values to look for are Re-allocated, Pending and Offline 
Uncorrectable.
