Wow!
@Mikalai, your point at 1.1) is EXACTLY what I experience when talking to
more than 3 people. Cannot get past that hand clutching my throat.  Will
check out David Rock for sure.

@Chamunks, kudos to you for pushing on and making your points. Wish I was
there for the talk, but imagining it was a talk designed to sell a book, I
just did not bother going.
