[kwlug-disc] Should kwlug-disc archives be private?

I feel the list should remain public. What do we mostly discuss?
Linux desktop environments, new Linux distributions, new versions of open source software, upcoming presentations, past presentations, networking technical issues, etc. We should be sharing our shared knowledge and experiences with Linux and open source software, especially for new members.
Anonymity for our email addresses would be great but it should not stop us.
Without me finding KWLUG and this list years ago I would still be lost.
Just my 2 cents.
