[kwlug-disc] Would we want to aim for something like a Discourse.org site for KWLUG?

I was thinking that it would be nice to potentially see if we would have
interest in having a https://www.discourse.org site dedicated to KWLUG
since there are a few people raising privacy concerns with publishing their
email addresses.  It would also help boil topics down to question and best
response for the people digging into our topics in the future.  The other
thing is you can respond to topics using email so people who don't really
want to interface with the website don't have to and to top the features
off it also includes a digest function wherein people who want a digest
rather than a play by play can opt for that.

Of course it's not ideal for the anti-java-scripters these days but I think
that it's getting to a point with the web where we shouldn't let JS be the
showstopper it's the 3rd party JS and other embedded trackers that are a
problem.
