[kwlug-disc] OT: Interview for scaling in Rails

I have a student who is looking for information about Rails
programming, an in particular is looking for information about scaling
up projects in Rails. I think it is for a job interview he has on
Monday. Is there anybody on the list who knows about this topic and
would be willing/able to have a talk with this student? If so contact
me (preferably offlist, but if you want to brag about your elite Rails
skills on the list then that is fine too).
