[kwlug-disc] More wi-fi adventures

It is a Lenovo X201 thinkpad running an Intel Centrino Advanced-N 6200 (rev
35).  And honestly until 18.04 it was rock solid.

It might be worth trying a different card I might also boot back into 16.04
just to verify that the hardware is working correctly and i'm not dealing
with a failing card.
