[kwlug-disc] Raspberry Pi 4

I never could understand why otherwise rational design team leaders are not
able to resist the tug of staying at the forefront of port adoption.
A tortured way of saying, why not stick with a barrel type connector for
power?
So much more robust. Or if one needs to be hip with the kids, at least
implement USB-C correctly, take a page from a Lenovo or HP USB-C-powered
laptop's implementation.

Going from a single full-sized HDMI port to  dual Micro-HDMI ports is
beyond comprehension.
Pi is supposed to be easy-to-implement, easy-to-expand, cheap.
MicroHDMI-HDMI adapters are not cheap, MicroHDMI-HDMI cables are not cheap.
Who needs dual HDMI on a Pi4???

Every Pi3 person I know complains about the lackluster CPU performance,
lack of USB3, SATA, little RAM.
I would have though that the Pi folks would have just stuck with faster
CPU/more RAM and USB3 as primary goals.
Sigh. I think Pi4 is a miss, perhaps Version2 might be a rethink.
