[kwlug-disc] Pulseaudio question

Sometimes, audio stops working on my laptop.
Which is Xubuntu 18.04.

The solution is to do:
$ pulseaudio -k

Sound is back.

But what is not back is that popup slider that tells me what the sound
level is when I press the volume up/down keys.

I imagine it dies when pulseaudio is killed.

The thing is, I don't know what this executable's name is, so I can re-run
it.

Anyone has an idea what this popup is called?
