[kwlug-disc] New meeting location possibly needed

Would Laurier be an acceptable location? Depending which building we were
in there would be some mix of street parking, paid parking ($3/hr, $9 daily
max) and various levels of bicycle parking. It's also pretty handy for
transit users.

If there isn't anything that rules it out immediately, I think there's a
good chance we could get free space. I can ask around.
