I tested by following your link, and downloading this file:
https://cdimage.debian.org/cdimage/unofficial/non-free/cd-including-firmware/archive/9.13.0+nonfree/i386/iso-cd/firmware-9.13.0-i386-netinst.iso
No message from Firefox 79.0 (64-bit) (on KDE Neon / Ubuntu 18.04) with
UBlock Origin, NoScript, etc.
Here's the md5sum hash of the file received (slightly renamed from
default so I remember what it is next year when I see it again and
wonder...):
