I am not sure what this means. The NAT is just for port forwarding, so
the internal users on SiteA do not have NAT applied to them when going
over OpenVPN.

Opening a web browser and visiting https://SiteA.example.com

Maybe? Do I need to redact things, or is sending routing tables
relatively consequence-free in terms of security?
