[kwlug-disc] FLOSS-friendly, usable webconferencing

Say (not so hypothetically) that we were going to virtualize the next
few LUG meetings. Is there a videoconferencing solution that is
relatively FLOSS-friendly and does not suck?

I can probably set up a computer running the software at work, and
then arrange for people to connect in. But since Raul presented
BigBlueButton a decade ago, I have no idea what is good these days. 

At the least we would need the ability to present audio and show
slides. Having interaction via chat or even voice might be nice.
