[kwlug-disc] FLOSS-friendly, usable webconferencing

Jitsi is a total CPU hog, my laptop fan sings very loudly when I
participate in a Jitsi session. FB Messenger is what my daughter uses all
the time on her venerable T420s laptop and that fan does not ramp up much
and she says here CPU utilization never goes past 28%(she's a bit of a tech
geek).
