[kwlug-disc] FLOSS-friendly, usable webconferencing

One point to note based on today's test runs: it looks like BBB has a
pure HTML5 client interface now. We were able to use the interface
without any other plugins. In this way it is nicer than Zoom (but Zoom
is slicker in other ways). 

I agree with the need for moderation.
