[kwlug-disc] BigBlueButton setup and case for LXC

LXC molding process:
1) Make LXC container. What bridge lxd will give to containers in a
default profile? Either change default, or make profile with a desired
interface to place containers on.
2) Setup correct network params in it (netplan file?) and restart
(netplan apply? in container).
3) Try installation.
4) Try another thing in a clean container (stop the other with same ip).
