[kwlug-disc] Videoconference testing -- please help

This is what LibrePlanet used (except they streamed via Icecast
instead of going to Youtube) and it worked okay.
As far as I can tell there are three FLOSS contenders for
webconferencing: Jitsi, BigBlueButton and Apache OpenMeetings.
Everybody else is just embedding one of those three. I think we are
happy enough with BBB to start there, but if this gets popular (as if)
then we may want to make livestreaming work.
Honestly I am glad three alternatives exist, and I hope we can keep
them viable. (There may be other FLOSSy ones, but if there are then I
do not know them.)
