csdepot.com is a local Lenovo dealer (although they've moved to Cambridge), and most Lenovo products (the Thinkpads, some other laptops, and a bunch of desktops) now have official Linux support, and some can be purchased with Linux preinstalled.
I'm not recommending anything yet because my Thinkpad T14 still hasn't been delivered.
