[kwlug-disc] laptops with Linux preinstalled

Doug, be heartened by the fact that almost always, that ETA is often
incorrect in that the laptop will get to you much earlier.
That has been my experience.


I am now up to 11 of the T470s with swollen rear battery(out of a
population of 65) and my 1st T490s with a swollen battery.
Zero issues with the regular T490 or the T470.

We recently deployed 24 of the T14s slim job, we will monitor the battery
performance with great interest to see if swollen batteries are a thing of
the past, fingers crossed.
