Unclaimed funds that do not go to claimants nor lawyers go back to 
Microsoft.

Were you affected by Microsoft's shenanigans in the 1990s?  I'd argue 
virtually every adult was, in some way, even if they had no idea of the 
existence of Linux nor OS/2, etc.


I hereby deem you "Qualified" and urge you to get that sweet $250.
