Hosting is pretty easy. Mark Steffen from Indieserve sells these kinds
of services locally. 

Website development is another story. There are a bunch of people who
do website development and maintenance in the Drupal User Group.
Several of them do both Wordpress and Drupal, but it is also the case
that (as professionals) their rates tend to be higher.
