I only recently became aware that OpenAI have flipped from being a 
non-profit to for-profit, and GPT-3 is exclusively licensed to 
Microsoft. The world can't have it open, for safety reasons, of course. 
This sort of BS says that these big co's  ain't cute and fuzzy, yet.
