Thanks Doug - fixed!

(Wow - my first ever pull request - I feel so advanced.)

Just FYI - on freebsd (and likely other variants), as a side-effect
of <termios.h>, but seemingly not in linux.  And, as most of my
windows are always 80 characters wide, I never noticed the lack.
