[kwlug-disc] ssh takes 5 minutes to connect

Hey,

Weird thing I'm experiencing:

Using scp to copy a 1kb file takes over 5 minutes on a 100Mbps link.

Used to work just fine, but ... I broke something?


I immediately get my ssh Banner file displayed when ssh-ing in, then the 
5 minutes starts.


Any suggestions on where I should look to deal with this?
