During my presentation on Firefox in April[1] I mentioned the HTTPS 
Everywhere addon, but also that Firefox has add some HTTP enforcement 
for maybe would did not really need the extra addon. But I needed to to 
more investigation.

And apparently I COULD see the future! EFF is sunsetting HTTPS 
Everywhere in January 2023 because all the major browsers enforce HTTPS 
well enough that it is no longer needed.
