I am sorry for an off-topic, but.


In Russia and Belarus media was slightly silenced, but now their 
government is going for total closing of information about the war. Yet, 
with the speed of events, every day counts. So, I want to ask everyone.


If you have relatives there, talk to them (text/audio/video).

If you have friends, who are from Europe as a whole, talk to them.

Even if other person expresses bizarre words, it is still needed to 
talk, to float information in their psyche, to ensure that war is called 
war, so as to help stopping it.

Just talking also releases normal increase of emotions in situations 
like this.
