[kwlug-disc] Help request: NextCloud on Raspberry Pi with external USB drive

As I mentioned during the meeting, I was contacted by somebody who
would like to ditch Dropbox in favour of NextCloud on a Raspberry Pi.
Does anybody have experience doing this? Would anybody be willing to
give this person a hand in setting things up?

The person who contacted me is tech-savvy, but has not been able to
get things working yet.
