Your first stop, if it's working equipment, should be the Computer Recycle
Centre (if I recall the name right) run by our very own Charles.

If he doesn't want the stuff, I know that there's an e-waste drop off at
Reality Bytes in Elmira (
https://www.realitybytescomputers.com/recycling.html) .  I'm sure there are
similar places in Waterloo.
