[kwlug-disc] CBC embedding OpenStreetMap instead of Google Maps

https://www.theweathernetwork.com/en/maps/radar

Thanks to the switch from google to OSM, I can no longer "radar" with Linux
on my venerable X201 Thinkpad,  but can still do so on my X220.
W10 is no problem with this url and OSM. Weird.
