[kwlug-disc] PipeWire presentation

In the last meeting we discussed having a presentation on PipeWire. I
think Brent made some murmurs about potentially presenting this, but
we have him booked for other presentations too. 

Would anybody be interested in presenting something about PipeWire? I
know that it is an alternative to PulseAudio, but that is most of what
I know.
