[kwlug-disc] Backup LTE/5G Internet Recommendations

Looks like it's through Loblaws (ew) but the actual network is Bell, so
that's good for redundancy.  So if Rogers has (another) outage, I could
fail over to this connection.

Any recommendations for a cellular modem?
