It was in July, telling to connect it, else by August 30 old modem will just turn off.
And I had to go into Teksavvy account to check that I am switching to new router, which was already in their records.
MyIP site shows my first ip on the map to be from KW, while the other port points to the Front Street.
The other bizarre thing, may be its me. Just connected x64, 2015-ish mac to see if port is gigabit (lazy to scramble other machines), and mac picks up ipv4 only, shows yellow dot in network settings and is not going online. And no ipv6. May be it is mac thingy.
