[kwlug-disc] Vim with unicode ...

It turns out that screen can do unicode properly when this command
is entered:

Ctrl A : utf8 on on
(Must have two "on" parameters)

Adding that parameter to .screenrc has no effect though.

Invoking screen with the -U does work though ...
