[kwlug-disc] HP t630 power supply

I've got one of those, but it was for a monitor that stopped working with
it so I switched the PS over to a different one. I don't know if it's
something to do with the PS or just the PS interacting with the monitor
somehow, but you're welcome to have it to see if it works for you.
