[kwlug-disc] upcoming meeting

For once we are building up a buffer of meetings (which is a huge
relief for poor Andrew). Notifications on Mastodon go out when we have
a meeting fully scheduled (as determined by a tickybox that says the
meeting is "fully scheduled"), even if the meeting is several months
in advance. This means that in principle Mastodon announcements can be
out of order. 

However, this time it looks like the December meeting was posted on
Oct 24, on the old Mastodon server: https://botsin.space/@kwlug/113363482671085572

In general: whatever is on the website should be considered canonical.
