[kwlug-disc] Backup plan for BBB server this month

Yeah I spent about an hour staring into the abysse looking at BBB it apparently seems to require 20 separate interoperating services to be able to hold digital conferences?! really??? 
https://github.com/bigbluebutton/docker/blob/develop/docker-compose.tmpl.yml Their documentation even have the gall to concider this a "easy deployment of BBB" woooof oh boy.  it looks like a polar plunge.
