[kwlug-disc] question for the website programmers

Thanks, Doug, but that's similar to what I've been seeing, in that it seems
to be about making the CSS elements fade or flash or change colours.  The
terminology is somewhat vague on all the sites I've looked at; it's hard to
find what I'm looking for, which is taking a jpg or something and making it
dance around the page randomly.  All the sites I've found talk about making
buttons light up, or active elements raise up, that sort of thing.

I know it must be possible; I just can't figure out how.

But I will keep your link as it may come in handy in other areas. Thanks.
