Not to recommend that anyone uses Amazon, but I did recently buy a 2x NVME
case with USB connections:
https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B0B71HZ2PK/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&th=1

Essentially it has slots for two NVME drives, and two USB3 ports. The
Raspberry Pi that I connected them to sees them as two separate drives, but
you can use LVM to straighten that out.

One caveat: this particular model only came with one USB3<>USB-C cable, so
I just put in an order for some more (and longer) cables.

If you're interested in spinning rust drives, then I recommend something
like this:
https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B01MTLMTL0/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
... it has a power cable and one USB3 cable, but the computer sees two
drives (which is what I wanted anyway).
